He purchased farmland on the city side of Mt Ngongotaha in 1981.20% shares of Skyline are available on internet for public to buy them in stock market.  Skyline is a privately owned company.

Local Community is also one of the stakeholders for skyline. Skyline generates income that helps, support and contributes to local economy. It generates job opportunities as well that also helps local community.
