Hylton Hensman is one of the strongest stakeholder for Skyline Rotorua as they have more than 70% of the stakes of Skyline as he is the founder of Skyline. He purchased farmland on the city side of Mt Ngongotaha in 1981.20% shares of Skyline are available on internet for public to buy them in stock market.  Skyline is a privately owned company.

Local Community is also one of the stakeholders for skyline. Skyline generates income that helps, support and contributes to local economy. It generates job opportunities as well that also helps local community.

Agents like I-Sight are also one of the stakeholders for the Skyline because they help people to books tickets in advance and also help them with other things.
